Family Fun: Apple Orchard Baking at Sur La Table

Bring the family and get your hands in the dough. Kids and grown-ups will work together through three baking techniques: Building and rolling a flaky pie crust for caramel apple hand pies, mixing and frying a yeasted cake donut batter and shaping and baking scones with a glossy cider glaze. You'll make it all from scratch and eat it fresh together at the end of class.
