You are invited to a charming morning gathering inspired by the grace, romance, and rituals of Bridgerton. This two-hour class is designed to feel like a slow, elegant morning spent baking, learning, and enjoying tea together.
During class, you’ll mix and shape your own chocolate strawberry or vanilla scone dough to take home and bake fresh in your own kitchen. We’ll walk through technique, texture, and timing so you feel confident recreating tender, beautifully balanced scones every time.
You’ll also learn the basics of sourdough starter what it is, how to care for it, and how it can be used in your own baking. Each guest will feed an active sourdough starter in class and take it home, giving you the foundation to continue your sourdough journey beyond the morning.
While we work, you’ll enjoy freshly baked chocolate strawberry scones served warm with traditional clotted cream, along with tea-inspired refreshments and light bites. This allows you to taste the final result while keeping the class relaxed and unhurried.
Guests are encouraged to dress in Bridgerton-inspired attire. Florals, soft pastels, flowing fabrics, or anything that makes you feel light, comfortable, and just a bit fancy.
You’ll leave with your prepared scone dough, a living sourdough starter, printed recipes, and the calm satisfaction of having spent your morning immersed in something timeless.
