Whinge Festival at The Fringe Theatre

The 3rd annual winter Whinge! Festival will take place at the Kress Contemporary Saturday January 24th. This year’s festival is FREE to the public! Over the course of the day we will have our classic Sack Lunch where we come together to talk about the arts in Tampa Bay and about all the experiments we’ve been seeing at Whinge!
