Kids Mindful Glow Yoga at Sun Yoga Tampa

Join us for an hour of glow-in-the-dark yoga fun! Your children will move, play, and explore their creativity through mindful yoga games, music, a craft, and much more.
This special class is designed to build self-esteem, encourage imagination, and foster a sense of joy and confidence.

The night will conclude with a calming relaxation activity, helping kids wind down and leave feeling centered and happy.

Comfy clothes and a mat are all they need. No prior experience required.
