Tony the Balloon Guy uses humor and balloon art in an interactive way to promote reading and library attendance. At the end of the event, guests may handle balloon sculptures, which are latex.
Recommended for kids 6-12. Tickets will be available at the marked service point 15 minutes prior to the event on a first-come, first-served basis.
