Intermediate Pottery - Throwing with Marbled Clay for Kids at Starkey Ranch TLC

Learn more about throwing and trimming pottery on a potter's wheel! Join us on Monday, September 15th from 3 to 5pm. Participants will learn specific techniques, tips, and tricks of creating forms on a pottery wheel. Safety and Liability waiver must be completed by the participant's parent or legal guardian prior to participating. Ages 9 to 18 are welcome. Participants will return two days later, on Wednesday, September 17th from 3-5pm to trim their pieces. Participants must be able to attend both sessions of this program.

Prior experience is required. This program is intended as a sequel to our "Pottery for Beginners" program. If you have not attended a "Pottery for Beginners" program at the library, please contact us and let us know about your prior experience.
