Bring your beloved plushies to the Aquarium for the cutest check-ups in town!
Join us for a fun, family event that invites kids (of all ages) to bring in their favorite plush toy for a comprehensive “check-up,” including x-rays, dental exams, nutrition assessments, vision tests, lab work, and more.
Our vets will be on call throughout the day in various locations around the Aquarium to ensure every plushy receives the care and attention it deserves.
This playful experience is geared toward helping kids learn about animal and human care while inspiring empathy and curiosity.
Don't have a plushie? When you purchase a general admission ticket for August 23 or 24, you will also have the ability to symbolically adopt an Aquarium animal for just $40 through our Animal Adopt program! This limited-time adoption special includes a cuddly plush animal, an official adoption certificate, and a fun fact sheet about your animal. It’s the perfect way to take home a meaningful souvenir while supporting our shared purpose of saving marine wildlife.
