Homeschool PE at Wiregrass Ranch Sports Campus is for all Homeschooling or Distance learning Students (K-12). We aim to provide opportunities for students to learn and grow in a collaborative and engaging environment, so they have positive physical education experience. We use a variety of sports, games and activities that are both fun and physically challenging to help students build strength, endurance and flexibility. Sessions will consist of the following: dynamic warm-ups, circuit training, sport specific training, and competitive games. Our Coaches are committed to providing a positive experience that fosters a love for athletics while teaching the importance of health and physical fitness.

Participants are grouped by age (6-11) & (12-17)/ Unless requested to be with a certain group- we will try to accommodate requests as long as we think it is a good fit for that activity.
Children can be checked in and dropped off during P.E. class. Parents are also welcome to stay on site. We are happy to operate at the comfort level of each family.

Sessions will include a Warm-up, Circuit Training, Skills Training and PE Games Stations, and Game Play to end each session.
