Spend the afternoon at Meacham!
Meacham Urban Farm opens the gates and welcomes all homeschool and alternative-schooled students to learn about agriculture! Each month will have a different lesson. Fee is $8/student and includes a tasty farm fresh snack. Lesson focused activities will be geared towards elementary school and early middle school ages.

1:00 - 1:15 Gather and Intro - Farm Safety Talk - Lesson Discussion
1:15 - 2:15 Tour (standard farm tour with focus on the lesson)
2:15 - 2:30 Water and Farm Fresh Snack
2:30 - 3:00 Summary of What We Learned - Kids Can Go Wild - Hang Out - Goodbyes
Each month the lesson will be different! Some activities will lead to the next month's Homeschool Day. It is recommended, but not required, to join all days to get the most out of the program!
