January 25 Madrigal Magic: Parent's Night Out
Ages 5 - 12 years. In this Encanto-inspired workshop, your learner will embrace their inner magic and develop models that represent the qualities that make them special while putting their imaginations to the test! We want your learner to walk away from this workshop with a concrete idea of how they would fit into the magical Madrigal family and how they would help the community with their special gifts. Most importantly, we will give them challenges that will help develop their engineering and critical thinking skills in a very fun way.
February 15 PNO - Bricks Across America: Valentine's Day Traditions!
Ages 5 - 14 years. Let’s travel across the map together! In this program, students will work together to learn fun facts about each US state. They will work with a partner to build one important valentine item from each state’s identity out of LEGO® bricks. They will then present this to the class and by the end of the program, they will have a greater understanding of key aspects of each State. Students will have a blast learning about culture & geography while expressing their creativity while building.
March 15 - PNO: Dragon Training Workshop!
Ages 5 - 12 years. Enter the world of Vikings and dragons in Snapology’s Training Dragons workshop inspired by How to Train Your Dragon™! Throughout this workshop, students will explore the Isle of Berk and the dragons a small Viking village has come to love. Helping Toothless fly, creating a map, and becoming certified dragon riders await your student in this dragon-run fantasy land!
April 12 - PNO: Roblox Workshop!
Ages 5 - 14 years. Does your student love playing or designing in Roblox? Is there a game they just can’t seem to get enough of? In this Snapology workshop, students will recreate and explore their favorite Roblox adventures by using LEGO® bricks to create interactive games! From designing an Obby to building a 3-D character skin, students will be fully immersed in the gameplay and game design of Roblox!
May 10 - Parent's Night Out: STEAM Fantasy Night!
Ages 5 - 12 years. In this workshop, students will be guided, inspired, and challenged to create fairytales of their own! They will create their own mythical creatures, design a unique fairytale, and even create a special fantasy map! Students will utilize traditional themes and elements of storytelling to guide their play and creation in this magical workshop!
