Each Thursday in August we are doing Themed Thursday classes at our WestShore Plaza Stroller Strides class! First class is always free and each class will be followed by an activity.
8/1: Summer Games
Celebrate the summer games with fun, sporty activities like the athletes we are. Wear your favorite sports/olympic themed gear.
8/8: Colorful World
Let's learn our colors with a colors themed Stroller Strides workout! Wear your brightest attire or rainbows!
8/15: Back to School
Celebrate the back-to-school season with educational-themed exercises, plus don't forget to join us 8/16 for our Back to School event at WestShore Plaza!
8/22: Transportation Station
Get ready for car honks, plane zooms, blast offs, and train whistles with our transportation themed Stroller Strides class!
8/29: Animal Adventures
Bark, moo, and neigh with us through an Animal Themed Stroller Strides class. Bring your favorite stuffed animal and wear your favorite animal shirt!
