Presented by TampaWell, this first-of-its-kind grassroots community event is set to be an unforgettable day at Rowlett Park along the scenic Hillsborough River. Mark your calendars, and get ready to experience a day packed with excitement, fitness, and community spirit.
Start your morning with a vibrant warmup and Walk/Run. Get into the groove with one of Tampa’s hottest DJs then work up a sweat with a dance hall fit workout. Enjoy some soothing yoga with demos starting every hour on the hour and designed for all fitness levels. For those who want to show off their steps join line dances led by the incredible Jero, who’s ready to teach you some new moves. There will also be tasty food options and a kid's zone to keep the little ones entertained.
