New this year! Celebrate Independence Day at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds at its first annual Catch the Spirit & Celebrate America July 4th festival, proudly presented by Odiorne Insurance! Get ready for an unforgettable day filled with fantastic food, fun activities, entertaining contests and live entertainment, culminating in a breathtaking patriotic drone show after sunset. Families will be delighted with an array of interactive activities, including a charming pet parade and costume contest and the adorable Little Miss and Mr. Firecracker competition. Indulge in friendly competitions like the watermelon-eating challenges. Young ones can have a blast petting and feeding farm animals and sliding down inflatables in the Kids’ Zone, while adults unwind with a refreshing beverage at one of the beer tents. Everyone can treat their taste buds to delicious fare from a wide variety of food trucks. With craft vendors, an antique car show, organizational displays and more, there is something for the entire family. Prepare to be awestruck by a one-of-a kind, patriotic drone show beginning at 9:00 pm, offering a sensory-friendly way to enjoy America’s Birthday!
Catch the Spirit & Celebrate America is part of a full day of activities in the Brandon area, kicking off with the Annual 4th of July Parade at 10:00 am hosted by the Greater Brandon Action Network.
