Mother Together: New & Expecting Mama Walk with Fit4Mom Tampa Bay

Hosted by Mother the Mother Wellness & FIT4MOM Tampa Bay, join us for free monthly Mother Together Walks geared for new and expecting mothers (although all are welcome!).
Designed specifically for new and expecting moms (little ones are welcome!), these walks are designed to get moms gently moving and connecting with other new moms.
This walk is led by a Kristina Amiero-Perez, owner of the Mother the Mother Wellness, who will also lead us through posture correcting movements along the walking route.
This event is free and babies are welcome. RSVP requested so nobody gets left behind. We will meet at Luna Cafe in WestShore Plaza (near the escalator downstairs from AMC)
