Stroller Strides is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.
No more mom guilt! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

This class is for Moms with stroller-aged kids
Class is held on our South Lawn, facing the Hillsborough River
This event is free and open to the public
All skill levels welcome
Space is first come, first served (early arrival suggested)
Equipment:
Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle
Stroller Strides will be instructed by FIT4MOM.
