Join us for a spooktacular Stroller Strides class at WestShore Plaza this Halloween morning! Whether you're a regular member or a FIT4MOM newbie, we've got a treat-filled morning in store for you. Costumes highly encouraged for both moms & kiddos!
Stroll or Treat: Bring along your favorite Halloween treats to share with our Strides community after class. We will also have a "Trick or Treat Smell My Feet" craft after class for the kids to play!
