Come on out for one of the biggest trick-or-treating events in the bay area, presented Little Stars Charities. This is a completely free event for kids of all ages. More than 30 trick or treat & activity locations, free food from Hungry Howie's, costume contest, and more! There will also be 6 Halloween wristbands for kids to collect & a cool treat bag for each child.
