Climb Out of the Darkness is the worlds largest event to shine light on a darkness we often don't speak about, Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. PMADS are disorders such as postpartum depression and anxiety.
Team Tampa Bays goal is to provide support from survivors, providers, and members of the community to to come together to share stories of hope, celebrate recovery, and shine a light on the darkness.
This is a FREE family friendly event. Join us for a family style workout with Fit4Mom Tampa Bay!! We will join afterwards together in the cool a/c for support from the community, a treat walk (an updated version of the Cake walk), children's activities and more.
