School has started and with that comes new friends and new routines. This month’s kids yoga will focus on promoting positive mental health and well being by practicing pranayama, meditation, and poses, in a kid friendly manner. We will play games and each child will create a mindfulness craft to take home. The children will leave feeling uplifted, have a sense of community, and ready to use their tools to help them feel successful in and out of school.
