Being a parent is hard enough—no need to stress over yoga class! Baby & Me Yoga is a judgment-free zone, so during our practice you can do what you’ve gotta do. Feed your child, rock them, stand up, and jump back in whenever you’re ready.
During our time together, we will focus on both baby and you.
