Tampa Bay Caribbean Carnival at Perry Harvey Sr Park

Tampa Caribbean Festival, Inc. is a 501-C3 non-profit organization since 2005.

The family-oriented festival weekend consists of a street parade, live concert, J’ouvert celebration, Carnival Queen show, Steel Pan, pre- and after-events, vending village, kids’ entertainment, and much more. The event has grown, with over Six Thousand in attendance.
