Back To School Health Clinic - North Tampa

Our focus is to ensure school-aged children are provided with shot records transfers, routine vaccinations and/or school physicals to meet enrollment requirements for Hillsborough County Public or charter Schools.

To be eligible to attend a Back-2-School Health Clinic, a child must meet the following requirements:
Must be new to Hillsborough County Public or Charter Schools.
Must be uninsured, under-insured or have Medicaid coverage; Private Insurance not eligible.
Enrolling in the 7th grade this year and need a routine immunization booster shot. (T-Dap)
Enrolling in Kindergarten this year, and must be 5 years or older on or before September 1st of the current year.
