Our focus is to ensure school-aged children are provided with shot records transfers, routine vaccinations and/or school physicals to meet enrollment requirements for Hillsborough County Public or charter Schools.
To be eligible to attend a Back-2-School Health Clinic, children must be uninsured, underinsured, or enrolled in Medicaid and meet one of the following criteria:
Newly enrolling in Hillsborough County Public Schools or a Hillsborough County public charter school
Entering 7th grade and in need of the required Tdap booster immunization
Entering Kindergarten, and must be 5 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year
Please note:
Children with private/commercial insurance are not eligible for services at these clinics.
If you are unsure whether your coverage qualifies, please verify that your plan is Medicaid before registering.
