More than just yoga and mindfulness, Peaceful Hearts offers a holistic approach to empower kids to understand, recognize and manage their emotions, which as we know, can become challenging at various moments in life.
With thoughtful and entertaining activities, your kids will learn how to maintain, naturally, a calm and positive state of mind and be kind to themselves and others... in other words they will learn to have a peaceful heart.
Kids Mindfulness and Yoga Classes
(3 to 6 years old)
(7 to 12 years old)
Kids will practice coordination, concentration, and social skills by playing, relaxing, and having fun.
Mommy & Me Classes
(12 to 24 months) to build a connection between caregiver and baby/toddler while getting more physical activity and a time to relax while having fun.
Virtual Classes
Each class will be broadcast through ZOOM app. Just make sure to register in advance on the website.
After-School Classes
Our after-school program offers movement and mindfulness after a busy day at school! We combine yoga poses with playful songs, stories, and mindful activities.
