Tiny Champions (Ages 3-5)
IMPROVE PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT, SOCIAL, & MOTOR SKILLS
Tiny Champions program focuses on improving our children's physical development, social skills, and motor skills. This program will help connect learning with fun and encourage physical activity habits and enjoyment that can last a lifetime. Moreover, it will help them to understand and obey simple rules. These skills will make them more confident and enthusiastic when making transitions such as making new friends or coping with new circumstances.
Jr. Champions (Age 6-12)
IMPROVE CONFIDENCE & RESPECT
Jr. Champion program focuses on improving their confidence and developing children's sense of responsibility. This program will help children to more able to resist negative peer pressure and make better choices for themselves. Because children at this age become more independent from the family, it is crucial for children to make good decisions themselves.
Teen & Adult Champions (Age 13+)
Teen & Adult program provides high-energy sessions & a full-body workout. Sweat out all the stress and learn how to defend yourself. Taekwondo is more than a workout, people all around the world practice Taekwondo in order to learn self-defense, self-discipline and maintain positive mindset & healthy body.
