Yoga 101 (ages 14 and up):
If you're interested in learning about yoga and beginning your own practice then this class is for you. You don't need to know a single thing about yoga to attend this class! We have mats for you, just bring some water and an open mind. This class is also appropriate for those focusing on stretching, mobility, or injuries.
Baby & Me Yoga (6 weeks to 1 year):
Parents enjoy some yoga while infusing postures that incorporate your baby. You will have the chance to connect with other parents in a similar chapter of life, bond with baby, and move your body.
Prenatal Yoga:
This class is for women only. Our prenatal yoga class is about building community and a support system for those that go far beyond birth. During our class, we share intimately about pregnancy and the preparation for labor. We ask that only women attend this prenatal class.
