Tampa Metropolitan Youth Orchestra

The Tampa Metropolitan Youth Orchestra comprises four individual groups with the singular focus of training intermediate and advanced musicians in the discipline and art of performance. At the TMYO, students will play alongside exceptionally talented young musicians from across the Tampa Bay area under the direction of nationally renowned faculty members. Students members will rehearse in state-of-the-art facilities, play in a variety of settings, and will travel to many of the region's top musical venues. Student members will have the opportunity to be collaborate with fellow musicians in extraordinary performances while sharpening each their individual artistic skills.
