Carrollwood Music

Get the chance to study music with a performer / instructor, with a Master’s Degree (MM) from The Juilliard School, Lincoln Center, NYC, in Clarinet Performance. Ms. Sperry’s Bachelor’s Degree (BM) is from Florida State University, in Music Therapy, with a minor in Clarinet and Piano Pedagogy from FSU. Her studies, at both, FSU and Juilliard included an emphasis on Music Theory, Ear Training, Technique, and Sight Reading. She also performed in Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, Chamber Music, and Opera Orchestra, in both institutions.

Her BM in Music Therapy from FSU, dealt with the neurological, emotional, spiritual and cognitive effect of music on various special needs populations.

AUTISM is her specialty. She has been teaching piano to ASD students for over 10 years and the ‘Typical’ student for over 20 years
Carol Sperry is a WUNDERKEYS piano teacher for Pre-K – Teenager.

The music studio is located in Carrollwood Village, FL. It is the training ground for all ages of students from beginner to the well-seasoned performer. Zoom access available for students not living in the North Tampa area.
