Glazer Children's Museum

Play with purpose at the Glazer Children’s Museum, Tampa’s interactive, learning laboratory where children play, discover, and connect to the world around them to develop as lifelong learners and leaders.

We offer:
-Exciting daily and weekly programs geared to GROW the
minds of children and parents alike.
-Special events throughout the year to keep the Museum
experiences fresh and ever-changing.
-A unique, interactive look into the world and community we live in. Weather, art, communication and much more.
-Seasonal camps for all students K-4. Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring.

Tween & Teen Play Leaders
Our Tween & Teen Play Leader programs run during the school year and throughout summer break. Play Leaders are ambassadors of our core museum values of play, experimentation, equity and inclusion, collaboration, and sustainability. As a Play Leader, you’ll help create a memorable museum experiences by:

Greeting and assisting guests
Playing with families and groups
Supporting hands-on educational programs
Helping reset and care for exhibits
Tween Play Leaders
6th–8th Graders
Wednesdays and school break days

Teen Play Leaders
9th–12th Graders
Monday–Friday during school breaks

Group Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteering as a group is a great way to give back together. We welcome college, high school, corporate, social, and nonprofit groups to support special projects, events, and programs.

Group volunteers must be at least 14 years old. One group leader will serve as the main point of contact and coordinate attendance for the scheduled volunteer opportunity. Email volunteers@glazermuseum.org to learn more and get involved.
