The FLORIDA MUSEUM of PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS is a museum dedicated to exhibiting important photographic art as central to contemporary life and culture. FMoPA collects, preserves, and exhibits historic and contemporary works by nationally and internationally known photographic artists. FMoPA also enriches the community by operating outreach programs and classes to educate children and adults.
TEEN COUNCIL:
The Teen Council at the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts program was established to give high school students the opportunity to become more involved in Tampa Bay’s art community. The Teen Council is able to work with members of FMoPA, local artists, and students who are passionate about art, all while working in a museum setting. The Teen Council at FMoPA also collaborates with the Teen Council at the Tampa Museum of Art for multiple events. We would love for you to apply!
