Boy Scout Preserve

This site features historically significant fire rings from its days as a former Boy Scouts of America camping ground. The site provides preservation of ecologically sensitive habitats including coastal hammock, salt marshes and mangrove swamps. These natural communities provide habitat for a diversity of listed species including roseate spoonbill, white ibis and reddish egret. The preserve has 3 geocaches along its 3 mile hiking trail.
