At Junior Chefs of America, our mission is to prevent hunger, end food insecurities, and aide in crime prevention by offering certification classes, and culinary classes with STEM to kids ages 4-14, and at-risk youth ages 15-18. We provide five programs with four areas of interest: Cook, Grow, Give, & being Empowered. In all four area, and five programs we are helping our students to also become advocates to help end hunger, one Meal At-A-Time!
We are helping our communities to end food insecurities through: hands-on, cooking classes, nutritional programs and food distribution centers. We find fun ways to promote healthy eating by combining basic education classes with culinary recipes.
