Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County VPK

The Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County is the administrator of the state's Voluntary Prekindergarten Program (VPK) in Hillsborough County. The Voluntary Prekindergarten Program (VPK) was implemented in order to give ALL of Florida's 4-year-olds access to a quality prekindergarten experience. The VPK program is FREE to families and does not have any income requirements or restrictions. Voluntary prekindergarten (VPK) is a state program designed to prepare every child in Florida for kindergarten and build the foundation for their educational success.
