What is a "Culture of Care"? A Culture of Care embodies all the IB Learner Profiles and focuses a school's emphasis on relationships in order to maximize student outcomes. The concept encourages one-on-one relationships and allows for educators to develop a rigorous curriculum that resonates with all students. Empowering students to learn and utilize curriculum that they are interested in, providing students with a voice in their learning, learning students' stories, and building trust while holding students accountable are all ways RP teachers create a sense of care in their classrooms.
