
Therapeutic Summer Camps Are Here! Our 4-week therapeutic summer program is designed for kids and teens who could benefit from extra support in: Emotional regulation, Self-esteem building, Communication skills, Social connection, And more! Camp includes creative activities, group discussions, games & coping tools and led by licensed therapists with experience in child & teen development Perfect for kids who are struggling with anxiety, peer relationships, confidence, or just need a space to learn & grow with others like them.
Therapeutic "Youngster" Summer Camp (Ages 8–12): This in-person camp is designed to support children in building confidence, managing anxiety, and developing essential emotional and social skills in a fun, supportive, and structured environment. Through engaging activities, guided group sessions, and creative play, campers will learn tools for emotional regulation, healthy communication, self-esteem, and positive peer interactions—all while making friends and having fun! Led by experienced mental health professionals, our camp creates a safe space where every child can grow, connect, and thrive.

Therapeutic "Teen Camp" (Ages 12–16): This in-person therapeutic camp is designed to help teens build essential life skills in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Through group activities, guided discussions, and experiential learning, campers will strengthen their ability to regulate emotions, boost self-confidence, and enhance social skills. Led by compassionate mental health professionals, the program offers a safe space for teens to connect with peers, express themselves, and develop tools for personal growth that last well beyond camp.
