
Your Kids will love this fun filled exciting Martial Arts Summer camp. Throughout the summer, they will learn Olympic Tae Kwon Do, practical self defense, proper breathing techniques to control anger and emotions, self discipline through the ancient philosophy of martial arts, and proper stretching to prepare for any type of sport. Your kids will be Bully Proofed by the summer's end, and they will be ready to tackle the challenges facing them when they go back to school in the fall.
June 2 to August 8
Full Time Hours are 7:30am to 6:45pm

7.30-9.30 Arriving, Review day’s agenda.
9:30-10:15 Meditation, Stretching, breathing
10:15-10:30 Snack.
10:30-11:30 Ko Am Mu Do Techniques (Curriculum)
11:30-12:15 Fun Games & Activities
12:15-12:45 Head over to the park for lunch
12:45-2:00 Outdoor Fun and Games including soccer scrimmage and drills
2:00-2:30 Head back to the Dojo
2:30-3:30 Flexibility, & Strength
3.30-4:15 Sparring Techniques
4:15-4:30 Snack Break
4:30-5:15 Review and clean up
5:15-6:30 Quite Time, Reading time, get ready to go home
