Family Parkour (Ages 10+) (One adult Family member included at no additional cost!)
Learn to safely overcome obstacles in your environment while strengthening your body in a FUNctional way! Parkour can include obstacle courses, playing tag, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, quadrupedal movement, and more. Most of these things came naturally to us as children, but have been forgotten as time went on. Rediscover them again and let the world become your playground!
