City of Tampa Parks and Recreation Summer Camps

We offer two types of camps during the summer season. Recreate, Educate, and Create (R.E.C.) is our traditional summer camp, while we also have a variety of specialty.

R.E.C. Camp:
Time Frame: approximately 11-week period (May 28 to August 9), Full Day Camp
Price per Participant: $80 for the time frame above
Description: Participants will enjoy activities, crafts, games, etc. to go along with the theme. There may be field trips and activities planned for all to enjoy.

Specialty Camp:
Time Frame: 3 days up to 1 week Half Day or Full Day Camp
Price per Participant: Varies by Camp
Description: Specialty camps are really just that. Participants will spend the designated time frame enjoying an in-depth exploration of their chosen specialized activity, to include anything from Arts (Visual and Theatre), Sports, and Aquatics related themes.
