Offense-Defense Football Camps

Welcome to the Offense-Defense’s elite contact football training camp at Saint Leo University in St. Leo, Florida! This camp is designed for players of all offensive and defensive positions who are looking to hone their skills and take their game to the next level.

At this training camp, players will have the opportunity to train with some of the best coaches in the area, including players from local youth football leagues such as the Pasco Police Athletic League and the Tampa Bay Youth Football League. High school football players from the area, including the Pasco High School Pirates and the Land O’Lakes High School Gators, will also be participating in the camp.

The training sessions will be intensive and focused, covering all aspects of offensive and defensive play. From conditioning and agility drills to tackling and blocking techniques, players will receive expert coaching and guidance on how to improve their game.

But it’s not all hard work at the Saint Leo football camp! Participants will also have the chance to socialize and connect with other players from the area, sharing their love of the game and making lasting friendships.
