Through online, individual counseling, I support pregnant women and new moms as they navigate their new role and all of its demands and uncertainties. I've been trained through Postpartum Support International (PSI) to provide specific support for maternal mental health challenges, including postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, and postpartum OCD.
