Speed Starz Track/Running Club is a christian based track club designed to teach athletes of all ages the basic fundamentals of running using professional and advanced running techniques and drills. My emphasis is to teach kids how to perform and compete at a high level while remaining positive on and off the track. Exceptional athletic ability is not a requirement for membership but it is something we strive for.
