Maureen B. Gauzza Public Library

Maureen B. Gauzza Public Library

The Upper Tampa Bay Regional Public Library was dedicated and opened to the public on January 8, 2005. Renamed in 2017 as the Maureen B. Gauzza Public Library, the 26,000 square foot facility offers a full range of services including books, magazines, DVDs, music, Internet access, a variety of programs and activities for children and adults, a large community room for meetings, and a beautiful gazebo.

The Maureen B. Gauzza Public Library is enhanced by several sculptures donated by the Westfield Mall at Citrus Park. The Westchase Artists Society is the donor of the Majolica Tile Project, which is housed in the Children's Room. All other art in the library was purchased by the Friends of the Maureen B. Gauzza Public Library, and the Friends of the Maureen B. Gauzza Public Library Bronze Tree is located on the interior entrance wall in the lobby for all to see and appreciate.
