  will build a strong foundation in understanding how to care for their grow
 ing bodies. Through interactive lessons and hands-on activities, we’ll cove
 r the essentials of health, fitness, nutrition, and anatomy in a way that’s
  both fun and practical.\nWhat We’ll Learn:\n\nNutrition & Healthy Eating\n
 Students will discover the basics of good nutrition—exploring food groups, 
 healthy meal choices, hydration, and the role of vitamins and minerals in h
 elping their bodies grow and stay strong.\n\nPhysical Fitness\nWe’ll talk a
 bout why exercise matters and practice different types of movement that can
  be done at home or with friends. Students will learn how to build healthy 
 routines that keep their bodies active and energized.\n\nBasic Anatomy\nStu
 dents will be introduced to the major body systems that support movement, i
 ncluding bones, muscles, ligaments, and tendons. They’ll learn where these 
 parts are, what they do, and how to take care of them.\nOur Goal:\nBy the e
 nd of the semester, students will have a practical understanding of how the
 ir bodies work and how to care for them—setting the stage for lifelong heal
 th and wellness.
