  will include dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, pocket pets, reptiles, birds an
 d other adoptable animals. Animals are vaccinated, spayed/neutered and micr
 ochipped. \n\nThroughout August, SPCA Tampa Bay is also waiving adoption fe
 es for select pets, primarily animals that have been at the shelter the lon
 gest. \nThe event will also feature food trucks and photo opportunities for
  attendees. Those planning to adopt should arrive prepared with a leash, co
 llar or carrier for their new pet. \n\nClear the Shelters is a national pet
  adoption initiative in partnership with NBCUniversal Local.
