 ping and more. Tampa Bay Rodeo’s viral sensation “Cowboy Sway,” returns for
  the bronco busting competition, ready to rock after his heart-stopping cra
 sh in April.<br /><br />A giant American Flag soaring 150 feet above the Fa
 mily Festival helps kick off a celebration of America’s  250th birthday. Th
 e rodeo competition opens with the National Anthem a salute to the brave me
 n and women in the military, law enforcement, fire and rescue.  <br /><br /
 >Arrive early for the Family Festival packed with food, thrills and interac
 tive fun for all ages. Meet Cowboy Sway during the Festival while enjoying 
 fair-food favorites such as BBQ, corn dogs, Cuban sandwiches, ice-cold beer
  and refreshing drinks. Ride the mechanical bull, test your aim at axe thro
 wing, soar on the bungee trampoline and tackle giant games and slides. Clim
