 closed on Sunday for Easter. Over 50 vendors will showcase a remarkable sel
 ection of unique slabs, cabochons, beads, gemstones, jewelry, and more. Whe
 ther you’re a collector, creator, or simply love working with nature’s mate
 rials, this event is perfect for you. Highlights include a kids’ area featu
 ring a sluice, a touch table with rock identification, scavenger hunt, a mi
 neral ID booth and a bean bag toss with prizes for kids and adults alike. S
 how hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, April 3, and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 
 Sunday, April 4. Admission is $8 for adults, $7 for seniors and military pe
 rsonnel (with ID), while kids 12 and under enter for free. Enter through th
 e MLK entrance. Fairgrounds parking is $12 at the gate. Prepurchase a parki
 ng pass for a discount at the fairgrounds website. This indoor, air-conditi
