  designed to feel like a slow, elegant morning spent baking, learning, and 
 enjoying tea together.<br />During class, you’ll mix and shape your own cho
 colate strawberry or vanilla scone dough to take home and bake fresh in you
 r own kitchen. We’ll walk through technique, texture, and timing so you fee
 l confident recreating tender, beautifully balanced scones every time.<br /
 >You’ll also learn the basics of sourdough starter what it is, how to care 
 for it, and how it can be used in your own baking. Each guest will feed an 
 active sourdough starter in class and take it home, giving you the foundati
 on to continue your sourdough journey beyond the morning.<br />While we wor
 k, you’ll enjoy freshly baked chocolate strawberry scones served warm with 
 traditional clotted cream, along with tea-inspired refreshments and light b
 ites. This allows you to taste the final result while keeping the class rel
 axed and unhurried.<br />Guests are encouraged to dress in Bridgerton-inspi
