In this workshop, you’ll learn every step of the sourdough process. You’ll mix and fold dough in class, watch a full shaping demonstration, and walk through cold proofing and baking so you can confidently recreate the process at home.
You’ll also feed a live sourdough starter during class and take home your own thriving jar of wild yeast—so the experience continues long after the workshop.
