Our Sensory-Friendly Drop In Hour is a supportive, welcoming space designed especially for children of all abilities, including those with sensory sensitivities and special needs. This class focuses on movement, confidence, and fun—at each child’s own pace.
Through gentle gymnastics skills, obstacle courses, balance activities, and playful movement, children will build strength, coordination, and body awareness in a calm, structured environment. The class features predictable routines, clear visual and verbal cues, and flexible participation, so every child can engage in a way that feels comfortable to them.
We keep class sizes small, reduce loud noises and bright lighting when possible, and offer sensory breaks and adaptations as needed. Our goal is to help children feel safe, successful, and proud of their accomplishments while encouraging social interaction, self-regulation, and joyful movement.
This class is perfect for children who benefit from extra support, patience, and understanding—because every child deserves a place to move, grow, and shine.
