Car Seat Distribution and Education Class at BayCare Kids Wellness and Safety Center

  • When: Thursday, February 19, 2026,  3:00 pm -  5:00 pm
  • Location: BayCare Kids Wellness and Safety Center, 3215 W Tampa Bay Blvd, Tampa, FL 33607
  • Cost: Free

This class is specifically for those receiving financial assistance thru Medicaid, SNAP or WIC. Proof of eligibility is required for registration. Participants will be educated and given a car seat (valued at $90). Boosters are also available, but the child must be at least 5 years old and weigh more than 40 pounds. This class is done inside the classroom and outside in your vehicle. A certified child passenger safety technician will help you to correctly install your car seat.
